Welcome to the start of something very new and exciting. The world of triathlon and "multi-sport" is one characterized by the concept of "lifestyle" rather than sport, hobby, passion, addiction, compulsive disorder, pastime, or 'that insane thing you do on the weekend'. However, each of these latter words are only a fraction of the appropriate adjectives potentially used to describe our "lifestyle".
